Families and children are invited to walk around the balloons during inflation\, offering a unique up-close experience. To catch the full spectacle\, be sure to arrive at 6:00 am to see the balloons as they start to rise. \nAn exciting feature of the festival is the Hare and the Hound competition. Watch as “hound” balloons chase a “hare” balloon\, dropping bean bags onto a target for points\, showcasing the skill and precision of the pilots. This competition attracts top pilots from around the nation\, making it a thrilling and competitive event. \nDon’t miss the Balloon Glow on Friday night from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm at Fox Field.
