They have beautiful paintings and a fun activity to make paper lanterns\, all inspired by the ‘Of Souls and Sacraments’ exhibition.  \nThe museum is hosting an Open Studio event on Saturday\, January 2\, 2024. You’ll see how light changes paintings and closely examine some artworks. Then\, get crafty and make your own paper lanterns– everyone can join in and have fun being creative!  \nYou can come anytime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. It’s free\, and you don’t need to sign up beforehand. The museum does these fun art events on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month\, so there’s always something new to enjoy.  \nHave an awesome Saturday at the BYU Museum of Art! MDT students will grace the stage with medleys of recent and current Broadway hits. The POP students will perform timeless music hits!  \nThis is a 90-minute performance.  \nAll are welcome in this celebration of performing arts!
