The creative geniuses behind the show include Hilary Wolfley\, director of the Theatre Ballet Studio Company\, Ashley Parov\, director of Theatre Ballet\, and Shayla Bott\, the Chair of the Department of Dance at BYU.  \nWolfley revealed that the idea has been made for quite some time. “We were thinking about how we could highlight artists that may not get the type of attention that their male counterparts have received\,” she said.
