When is the 3rd Annual Bolivian Festival in Orem, Utah?
You are all invited to the biggest and most awaited Carnaval-style celebration in Utah Valley this coming August 26, 2023, Saturday. The range of fun activities for this year’s Bolivian Festival will start as early as 3 p.m. MDT, and will end at 9 p.m.
Venue of the Annual Bolivian Festival 2023
The Orchard at the University Mall in Orem will be the venue for the 3rd Bolivian Festival in Orem, Utah. If you live near the LDS Temple in Provo just like I do, the University Mall is less than a 10-minute drive.
The Orchard at the University Mall is located at 575 East Univ. Parkway, Orem, UT 84097
You can also hop on the Utah Valley Express that has stations conveniently located in different stops in Provo and Orem. It passes each stop, including Provo Central Station, every 30 minutes.

From mouth watering Bolivian dishes to exciting programs that showcase Bolivia’s rich culture, this event has it all.
This carnival-themed festival is suitable for all ages. There are activities for kids and booths that feature Bolivian crafts. Last year’s highlight was the Miss Bolivia Utah competition which will most likely be part of this year’s program.
