This event has been going on for over ten years. The 5k race starts at the Provo Boat Harbor, where you’ll tackle a short but exciting course. After the run, finish the event with the Penguin Plunge, where you can dive into the icy waters of Utah State Lake!
If an icy dip isn’t your thing, feel free to watch those taking the plunge!
There are first aid booths at both the run and plunge spots.
