The SCERA Center for the Arts welcomes the Latin American crooner and pop balladeer Alex Melecio on February 17, 2024!
Melecio’s voice combines strong American-style singing and smooth pop melodies.
Alex Melecio grew up in Mexico, listening to famous artists like the Beatles, the Bee Gees, Luis Miguel, and Roberto Carlos. This mix of musical styles influenced his own unique sound.
He moved to the United States and started performing everywhere he could, from home concerts to performances in front of thousands. He became a finalist on “Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento,” a television show among Hispanic communities in the U.S.
In 2023, Melecio performed at Auditorium Nacional in Mexico City and the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. He sang with the Tabernacle Choir and shared the stage with Latin Grammy winner Adassa.
His upcoming concert, ‘Swing with Me,’ will feature his favorite American and Latin songs, with his own compositions.
Tickets cost $14 for adults, $12 for kids (ages 3-11) and seniors (Ages 65+).
