Utah Premiere Brass is performing at the Covey Center for the Arts on January 30th, 2024, starting at 7:30 p.m.
‘Come Join the Band!’ performance is a salute to the invaluable contributions of music educators across the state while highlighting the importance of music education in schools.
The music played will showcase the unique instrumentation of a British brass band. One of the featured pieces, “Year of the Dragon,” is known as one of the most challenging pieces ever crafted for brass bands.
Tickets cost $15 for reserved seating, with an additional facility fee of $1 per ticket. These contributions aid the ongoing maintenance of the Covey Center.
Attendees aged 3 and above will require an entry ticket.
The performance will last about 2 hours with a short 15-minute intermission.
