America’s Freedom Festival in Provo Utah: A Personal Experience

The yearly Stadium of Fire events, the highlight of the America's Freedom Festival celebration, are the biggest and best Fourth of July celebrations I have attended! I luckily got to attend Stadium of Fire 2023 and I can say that it's the best Stadium of Fire event so far.
Aside from Stadium of Fire, I also got to attend some of America's Freedom Festival events and each one is definitely a memorable and fun experience.
Here are some of 2023's Freedom Festival events:
Firecracker Softball Tournament
Held at the Footprinter Park in Provo, I enjoyed this fun and unique softball event because there are tournaments for all classifications. There are also lots of food trucks during the event. Good food + exciting softball matches = a super fun event I'm glad I did not miss!
Flag Retirement Ceremony
This event was held at the Provo Veterans Memorial Park to recognize our fire fighters, police, safety officers, and paramedic first responders. It was short yet meaningful, something I am proud to be part of.
Summer Beach Party
Freedom Festival's Summer Beach Party has always been one of the many highlights of Provo's Independence Day celebration. I was not able to join this year's event but I am happy to see a lot of friends enjoyed an evening of beach time fun- including beach games, life-sized photo ops and live entertainment!
Children's Parade
The Children’s Parade a fun activity I enjoyed with my family, The children were arranged in different categories and accompanied by the Provo and Timpview High School marching bands. The parade lasted almost 45 minutes and participants had the chance to meet important public servants while dancing and enoying music on the streets.
Freedom Awards Gala
Those who risked their lives to preserve our freedom were recognized at the Freedom Awards Gala. Awards were presented to the recipients who joined an impressive list of previous honorees who have each made unique contributions to the defense and sharing of the traditional American values.

Events at the American Freedom Festival also include the Grand Parade, Freedom Run, Balloon Fest, and so much more. Trust me when I say there is never a dull moment at America’s Freedom Festival!
Hundreds of thousands of spectators from all 50 states and other countries come to witness this incredible event and I hope I get to attend as many Freedom Festival events in every year!
Volunteering for America's Freedom Festival Events
America’s Freedom Festival need all hands on deck to help make this celebration unforgettable, and that means they need YOU.
