Provo’s new Regional Sports Park will be one of the largest sporting complexes in the country, and it’s expected to be completed by Fall 2024! This state-of-the-art facility will cater to all your sports and recreation needs.

The Provo Regional Sports Park will significantly add to the city’s thriving sports scene. It’s expected to have a substantial economic impact, generating an incredible $30 million for Provo and its neighboring areas.

What are the Features of Provo, Utah’s New Regional Sports Park?

Provo, Utah’s Regional Sports Park, offers an impressive 21 soccer fields, sure to delight soccer enthusiasts locally and nationally. But it’s the 45 dedicated pickleball courts that really set this park apart from the rest!

Pickleball is a sport that has exploded in popularity in recent years, particularly in Utah. It’s exciting to see the Provo Parks and Recreation team and the Provo Foundation unite to build 45 new courts dedicated to this game.

With so many courts available, there will be ample opportunities for players of all levels and ages to enjoy the game.

One of the reasons pickleball has become so popular is that it’s an incredibly accessible sport. The court is smaller than a standard tennis court, so even beginners can quickly get the hang of it. The game's slower pace also makes it easy to enjoy and pick up without feeling too overwhelmed.

The Provo Regional Sports Park will become a hub for local and national pickleball enthusiasts. With so many courts, players can hone their skills, improve their game, and participate in tournaments.

It’s worth noting that the Provo Regional Sports Park has made an ambitious commitment to host international tournaments. This is an exciting prospect, as it means the park has the potential to attract top-notch players from around the world.

The new Regional Sports Park in Provo is expected to significantly boost revenue for the city. Hosting regional and national tournaments will attract visitors from near and far, giving a much-needed boost to the local economy that is recovering from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s not just hotels and restaurants that will benefit from this park. Transportation services, retail stores, and other local businesses will also see an increase in customers.

However, the benefits extend beyond the economic impact. The sports park will also provide the Provo community with more recreational opportunities. With over 330 local sports teams already active in Provo, there is a growing demand for more sports fields. This 100-acre park will fulfill that demand and provide residents with various activities.

It aligns perfectly with Utah’s status as one of the top three healthiest states in the country. About the author of Move to Provo Utah Website

Katerina Gasset

When I moved here I was blessed to have my daughter to help with different things you need to know when you move to a new place. I had background from living here before but things have changed a lot too since the '80s.

We were able to get all the good places to eat down fast - since she knows all that and we have a lot of the same likes in food. But things like how to turn on my electricity or what power company services my home... well... I was at a total loss!

I know that other people moving to Provo don't always have family here to guide and help them. And most people don't have a real estate agent who gives them a welcome package on all the important numbers and places they need to know.

My goal is for this website to be your go to resource for everything you need to know before, during, and after you move here to Provo, Utah. I want you to have the best experience and love living here as much as I do
