Bounce House in Orem Utah

By Katerina Gasset

Have you heard of the World’s Biggest Bounce Park in Orem, Utah? It’s called FUNBOX, and it’s open until June 30th!

It’s a fun-filled bounce park located just between the University Place Mall and Costco, so it’s super convenient to get to.

This place has been featured on Fox 10 News, ABC News, and NBC. You know it must be good when the news is talking about it!

Honestly, I had never been to a bounce park before, until I heard about the FunBox. I went there with my family and it was absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I got to experience it.

The FunBox is massive! It boasts 25,000 square feet of continuous jumping zones. There are 10 different play areas that are all interconnected.

Expect to see the Mountain Challenge, Battle Beam, Gumball Gallop, Obstacle Course, Ninja Wall, 23 Foot Slide, and Chill Zone.

I love how the park was designed with a “kid-first, social media-second” approach in mind. And let me tell you, there were tons of photo opportunities throughout the park.

You’ll love the colorful and fun backdrops.

Make sure to bring your socks when you go! All visitors are required to wear non-slip socks at all times inside the park.

You can purchase non-slip socks online or at the park, which you can re-use for future visits.

The park also has strict rules about children and adult supervision.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult or carer at all times. And for kids 5 and under, a parent or carer must go into the inflatable with them and stay there.

Unfortunately, pregnant guests cannot enter due to the unpredictable surface of the inflatables. Safety always comes first.

One session at the Bounce House lasts approximately 90 minutes, which is plenty of time to have loads of fun. However, they end each session five to ten minutes early, so they can clean up for the next group.

I have to say, visiting this bounce park in Orem, Utah will become a highlight of your week. I highly recommend checking it out before it’s gone for the season.

Plus, it’s only $9 per person to get in! You can’t beat that!

Check out the FunBox Instagram and get a sneak peek at all the awesome activities you’ll enjoy during your visit.

How the Bounce House in Orem Started

FunBox was the co-Founded by Antonio Nieves when he was 24 years old.

His inspiration for FunBox came from his own family. Antonio had 9 younger siblings who had been through the foster care system throughout their childhood.

He saw how some children were missing out on so many fun experiences that other kids had, and he wanted to do something about it.

Antonio’s team includes a couple of investors and Laurence, Suat, Michael Ryan, Francisco, and Crystal. Together, they worked tirelessly to bring this amazing park to life!

What I love about FunBox is that it’s not only the world’s largest bounce park, but also an affordable one for families.

Antonio and his team were determined to create a place where everyone could have fun without breaking the bank. That’s why they made sure the prices are affordable for everyone.

What’s Unique About the Bounce House in Orem Utah

FunBox is not just a place for fun, it’s also a place for community and charity.

FunBox is all about supporting local non-profit agencies like Family Haven, which is dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse.

Family Haven offers a wide range of support services like counseling and parenting classes.

Last year alone, they helped over 3500 children in Utah, Wasatch, Millard, & Juab counties.

They even have a 24-hour Crisis Respite Nursery to help children in need. FunBox is proud to support this amazing agency and all the work they do for the community.

But that’s not all!

FunBox is also passionate about helping foster youth and at-risk youth aged 8-24. They’re donating between $50,000 to $100,000 in 2023 to support local foster care agencies.

  • Family Haven

If you’re involved with a foster care and would like to work with FunBox, they’re more than happy to collaborate with you. Just email Ryan Armendariz at ryan.a@funbox.com

Franchising Opportunities

The FunBox franchise process starts with finding the right fit.

Their ideal franchisee is someone who genuinely loves people. They want people who understand what it takes to create a memorable experience for kids and their families.

If that sounds like you, then complete their form and share something fun and unique about yourself.

After you’ve expressed interest, they’ll invite you to a live Zoom call with one of their co-founders. Ask any questions you have and learn more about what they do.

They’ll give you an overview of the opportunity, including location requirements, costs, and total initial investment. You’ll also receive a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to review.

During another live Zoom call, you’ll talk with one of their managers or franchisees. They’ll share the operational side of the business.

When you’re ready, they’ll invite you to visit one of their operating parks. This is where you’ll get a true sense of the FunBox experience.

They’ll work with you to identify the best territory for your new FunBox location. They’ll help you with training to ensure you’re fully equipped to run a successful FunBox.

About the author of Move to Provo Utah Website

Katerina Gasset

When I moved here I was blessed to have my daughter to help with different things you need to know when you move to a new place. I had background from living here before but things have changed a lot too since the '80s.

We were able to get all the good places to eat down fast - since she knows all that and we have a lot of the same likes in food. But things like how to turn on my electricity or what power company services my home... well... I was at a total loss!

I know that other people moving to Provo don't always have family here to guide and help them. And most people don't have a real estate agent who gives them a welcome package on all the important numbers and places they need to know.

My goal is for this website to be your go to resource for everything you need to know before, during, and after you move here to Provo, Utah. I want you to have the best experience and love living here as much as I do
