My daughter and I decided to try Bruster’s Real Ice Cream in Provo since many of our friends tell us they like this ice cream parlor.

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream’s location in Provo, Utah, deserves a 4-star rating. 

What I love about Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is the unique texture and consistency of their ice cream. It deserves a 5-star rating. 

When choosing flavors, I was impressed with their varied selection. However, I decided to rate them 4 stars because some find their candy bar add-ins overwhelming.

One thing I didn’t appreciate was the lack of indoor seating. The flies can be bothersome during the summer, and it is too cold to sit outside in the winter.

Nevertheless, I still recommend this ice cream parlor for their amazing offerings!

The ice cream culture here in Utah is charming, even during the snowy winters. People here don’t hold back on indulging in delicious frozen treats.
