Oh my! I think I just found my favorite spot for brunch in Provo, Utah!
I will tell you… there are so many great little mom-and-pop restaurants around the Provo and Orem areas. There are also some small franchise restaurants-- -so much better than I ever had in Florida!
I picked my oldest daughter up at the SLC Airport last week. She was starving!
It was an early morning arrival and by the time we got back to Provo, we decided on finding a breakfast spot.
We enjoy breakfasts at Black Bear Diner in Orem, Utah but this time we wanted a more local mom-and-pop style restaurant.
The Brunch House is only 5 minutes from my home in Provo Indian Hills. Talk about convenient!

There is ample parking in the back of the restaurant, so don’t get discouraged about the odd placement of The Brunch House in Provo.
It sits at an angle and is right next to Provo Revere Health Center.

The Brunch House is a small yet totally nuanced place. I love the decor! The atmosphere is cozy and fun-loving. The staff is SO kind and helpful.
When you first walk in, you are greeted with the smell of fresh baked goods and breakfast! YES! I love breakfast, even for lunch and dinner!

Turn to your left a touch and your eyes will not leave the bakery cases!
What goodies suit your fancy today? My eyes landed on the fresh baked croissants which at the time I am writing this post - are $3.50 and large!

They are delicious, flaky as they should be with the stretchy soft center.
A Latin flair is obvious in the baked goods cases which include flan and guava pastries, the kind we get in Cuban bakeries! YUMMY!!!
There are many other goodies to choose from but don’t fill up there or you won’t eat all your breakfast!
I ordered the veggie omelet with was filled with mushrooms, spinach, onions, peppers, and a little cheese. I had their breakfast potatoes and whole wheat toast. It was so good!

My daughter ordered the Monte Cristo Breakfast which is not on the online menu. It was delicious! Ask for extra napkins!

There are Latin choices for breakfast, like Huevos Rancheros.

The Story Behind The Brunch House in Provo, Utah
The Brunch House Atmosphere
It all began with Angelica and her partner, Julio, who were originally from Southern California. They wanted to make a fresh start and raise their kids in a safe, growing state. So they made the move to Utah in 2015.
Once there, they opened up Asado Argentinian Grill. However, they realized something was missing - breakfast options!
Being big fans of brunch themselves, they thought, why not open up a restaurant specializing in brunch? But they were too busy running Asado to take on another project right away.
Yet eventually, they fell more in love with the idea of starting a brunch place of their own. It was clear that this was something that needed to happen - so it did!
They soon opened up The Brunch House in Provo, and it didn’t take long for word to spread about the amazing dishes that came out of their kitchen.
